About the role
The General Manager, Western Region is the P&L owner for Nabis's California market, with the role expanding to include Nevada and Arizona as those markets attach. This is a senior leadership seat reporting to the President, responsible for driving revenue and margin performance, managing key retail and brand partnerships, and representing Nabis to regulators and industry partners across the region.
What they're looking for
- Own the full regional P&L — revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, working capital, and headcount — across California, with Nevada and Arizona added to scope over time
- Manage and grow Nabis's most important brand and retail partner relationships in the region, including pricing, commission structures, and marketing/logistics terms
- Monitor the competitive landscape and defend Nabis's position in its largest market
- Drive adoption of Nabis's financial products (Nabis Capital, BillPay) across the retailer and brand base
- Ensure the region runs to service-level and compliance standards — delivery performance, fulfillment quality, and chain-of-custody/audit readiness across all facilities
- Oversee credit and collections judgment on strategic accounts, balancing recovery with partner relationships
