About the role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead Nadia Care’s partnership and referral efforts in Indiana, with a starting focus in and around Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships from the ground up across large healthcare systems, provider networks, and community outreach organizations. You’ll own and manage a regional territory from initial outreach to sustained engagement; driving outcomes such as referrals and account growth.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or formal training in public health, business, or related fields is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in provider engagement/relations, strategic partnerships, healthcare business development, or related fields
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record for community outreach activities
- Deep knowledge of the Indiana healthcare landscape and existing relationships within local systems preferred
- Proven experience engaging with health systems, navigating complex organizational structures, and driving stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), analytics platforms, and Google Suite
