What they're looking for
- 5+ years building production mobile apps, on both iOS and Android
- Strong Kotlin and Swift
- Production experience with Jetpack Compose and/or SwiftUI
- Experience owning a project end to end and shipping it
- Solid grounding in OOP, concurrency and clean architecture
- Real care about UX, testing and code quality

You'll be the founding mobile engineer on a new Growth team - a cross-functional squad owning the full customer funnel, from first consideration through purchase, subscription, engagement, and referral. You'll also be the first R&D engineer based at our US site, hybrid, with your manager and the rest of the team in a different time zone.
We're looking for someone who holds context, makes decisions, unblocks themselves, and knows when a question is worth asking rather than waiting on a sync.
