About the role
We're looking for a customer-obsessed, detail-orientated Implementation Associate to help us deliver best-in-class onboardings for every client financial institution. Customers are the lifeblood of Narmi, and initial deployment sets the foundation. Delivering seamlessly is central to why banks and credit unions trust us: deployments arrive on time, thoroughly vetted, and fully operational – all tailored to financial institutions with their holistic success on Narmi’s platform as the bottom line. What they're looking for
- Partner with Project Managers to execute critical delivery tasks through live deployment
- Conduct troubleshooting to validate system settings, integrations, and user flows against client criteria
- Track and resolve technical inquiries in partnership with Engineering and Product
- Prepare project documentation, testing frameworks, and maintain transparency and accountability across assigned workstreams
- Act as a subject matter expert for Narmi products, understanding platform configurations across digital banking and account opening
- Conduct troubleshooting to investigate or recreate technical inquiries and assess user impact
