- 5+ years in product management
- A demonstrated track record of taking products from zero to one and finding product-market fit, with a bias toward action and rapid learning
- Experience deploying and scaling mission-critical SaaS products
- Evidence of delivering measurable improvements in product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, or other meaningful customer and business outcomes
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around product priorities, goals, and tradeoffs
