Responsible for leading, supervising and developing the activities of the accounts receivable functions, including overseeing, and participating in all work activities, producing financial reports, and performing a variety of technical as well as managerial tasks relative to the department.
- Participates and makes recommendations in the selection, training, development, and compensation management of Accounts Receivable employees
- Manages, motivates, and develops associates to become functional and effective members of the team and the organization through performance management
- Develops, reviews, and monitors performance goals within each department and is accountable for meeting said goals
- Facilitates interaction within the departments assigned as well as fosters communication throughout the organization.
- Prepares and conducts Employee Performance Reviews and Corrective Action Plans. Assists in the development of employee goals and improvements
- Monitor and perform Quality Assurance checks with customers
- Supervises monitors and develops A/R associates that are collecting, reconciling, and analyzing various accounts according to departmental goals and objectives
