About the role
Reporting to our VP Finance & Strategy, you'll own the engine room of our finance function. Leading Payroll, Global Accounts Payable, and our Accounting Manager (who leads our financial accountants), you'll oversee everything from month-end close to treasury, financial systems to indirect tax.

Reporting to our VP Finance & Strategy, you'll own the engine room of our finance function. Leading Payroll, Global Accounts Payable, and our Accounting Manager (who leads our financial accountants), you'll oversee everything from month-end close to treasury, financial systems to indirect tax. You're as comfortable running a tight operation as you are improving one – you'll lead the roll-out of a new PO workflow, expense management tool, and corporate card program, replacing manual processes with systems your teams and the wider business will genuinely want to use. Partnering closely with Procurement, Group Reporting, Credit Control and FP&A, and our broader Finance leadership team, you'll have real ownership over how our financial operations scale as we integrate and grow across Australia, the US, and Poland.
- Own end-to-end month-end and year-end close for financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls across the group.
