About the role
Reporting to our Manager, Group Reporting, you’ll be an experienced, hands-on member of Nearmap’s Group Accounting team, owning key parts of our financial reporting so it’s accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. You’ll drive month-end close, Group consolidation, and preparation of statutory financial statements, and bring a strong point of view on Australian tax, transfer pricing, and process improvement.

You’ll drive month-end close, Group consolidation, and preparation of statutory financial statements, and bring a strong point of view on Australian tax, transfer pricing, and process improvement.
You’ll partner with our Financial Control, FP&A, and Commercial Finance teams across Australia and the US, as well as our external auditors and tax advisors.
This role would be in ideal next step for an experienced Accountant / Assistant Manager or newly promoted Manager from a Big 4 or similar tier 2 consulting background who wants real ownership inside a fast-moving, PE-owned business, working closely with our Senior Group Accountant, Manager, Group Reporting, and Director, Group Reporting.
