Neighbor is looking for a talented, ambitious, high-agency leader to run our Local Growth team, which helps commercial and residential property owners grow their earnings on our platform. Some examples of Local Growth initiatives include: Google Maps: This is one of Neighbor's largest organic growth channels. Running it involves creating and managing thousands of Google Business Profiles for Neighbor property owners across the country.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, growth, performance marketing, or a related field
- Strong track record of leading and coaching teams
- Strong analytical instincts: comfort building dashboards, designing tests, and turning data into decisions
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and stay organized across multiple workstreams under ambiguity
