About the role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, defining the strategy, and driving the execution of a meaningful part of our marketplace. You will pioneer a standard of customer obsession, analytical rigor, and AI-augmented velocity that makes Neighbor fundamentally better for our hosts and renters across all 50 states.

What they're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
  • Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces is a plus
  • AI power user — you use tools like Claude, Cursor, and similar daily to accelerate research, spec writing, prototyping, and decision-making
  • Proficient in using data to inform decisions and uncover business opportunities
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
  • Comfort with a dynamic, fast-growing, flat culture

  • Lead cross-functional groups to execute against company objectives
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across all levels
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across teams, cross-functional partners, and the executive team
  • Define and analyze the metrics that signal product success and health
  • Advocate for the customer with a deep understanding of their needs
