About the role

Neo Security is hiring an Operations Manager to keep our Boston office and day-to-day company operations running smoothly. Based full-time in our Boston, MA office, you'll own office management, vendor and facilities relationships, internal tools and processes, and cross-functional operational projects that help the company scale efficiently. You'll work closely with People, Finance, IT, and the leadership team, acting as the person who makes sure the details behind a growing company are handled well.

What they're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a related generalist role, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously without dropping details
  • Comfortable negotiating with and managing vendors, contractors, and building management
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well with employees and leadership at all levels
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements without needing significant oversight
  • Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack) and comfort learning new internal tools
