About the role
Neo4j is seeking a Global Tax and Treasury Senior Manager.to build the tax and treasury function for a global, high-growth enterprise software company. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for global tax compliance and planning, cash and liquidity management, banking, debt administration, and the processes and controls needed to support Neo4j's continued international growth.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience, with meaningful exposure to treasury operations, Big 4 or national firm experience is required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and multi-state taxation, ASC 740, and core international tax concepts, including transfer pricing, GILTI, Subpart F, withholding taxes, and Pillar Two
- Experience with indirect tax issues affecting enterprise software, SaaS, cloud services, professional services, cloud marketplace transactions, and cross-border digital services
- Treasury experience covering global banking, debt administration, intercompany funding, and foreign exchange exposure management
- CPA or advanced degree in taxation preferred, CTP or relevant treasury experience is a plus
- Experience working across multiple international legal entities within a global, high-growth software company, acquisition integration experience is a plus
