Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution for enablement of IBM<>Neo4j
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or training roles within enterprise software or SaaS
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enablement content for external audiences — partners, resellers, or alliances — not solely internal sales teams
- Direct experience enabling global systems integrator or a hyperscaler alliance sales and technical organization, experience partnering with IBM is a plus
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable leading live and virtual workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex technical and product content into clear, role-specific enablement materials
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Partner Management teams
