About the role
This role will support one or more members of Neros’ leadership team and their respective organizations. This is an opportunity to be the cultural and operational bridge in a fast-moving, mission-oriented environment where you will have a direct impact on the overall efficiency and performance of the business.

- Act as a key partner and gatekeeper, maximizing the efficiency of the teams and leaders you support
- Organize, coordinate, and track meetings and schedules across multiple complex calendars
- Proactively identify and solve operational challenges
- Handle high-stakes logistics and stakeholder management, ensuring a world-class experience for partners, investors, and both domestic and foreign government officials
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to offload work from the leaders you support
- Operate with flexibility outside of normal business hours when needed, including support of executives across PST and EST timezones
