We’re hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to help build and execute NetBox Labs’ field marketing, event, and partner marketing programs. What they're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns — ideally in B2B tech or SaaS
- Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
- Proficiency using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack

You’ll be the connective tissue between our marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners and vendors — making sure every program moves forward on time, on budget, and with steady communication with everyone involved.
Support the research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including or own conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to research, develop, and execute campaigns and projects moving forward on time
Help organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events, including proactively communicating in a concise, effective manner with internal and external stakeholders
