Title Launch Management (TLM) is the team that helps design the systems and workflows that bring content, metadata, and rights into Netflix, validate and process them, and orchestrate their path all the way to launch on service. As Netflix expands into new content types and deal structures, this is the team that enables the business to move faster across a growing diversity of partners, formats, and volumes.
