What they're looking for
- Multi-Cloud & Compliance: Depth across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience navigating strict security frameworks like FedRAMP High / IL4
- Infrastructure & Streaming Tooling: Operational experience with Kafka, Helm, GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/Flux), and Terraform (or Atlantis)
- AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI tools/LLMs (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for automated operational analysis and remediation, or exposure to open standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Observability Domain: Prior background in B2B SaaS or the Observability domain
