The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong track record sourcing for software engineering roles, with solid understanding of engineering concepts, tech stacks, and terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, etc.)
- Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple open roles at once
- Able to work onsite in Mountain View, CA for the duration of the contract
