About the role
The Senior Paralegal with contract administration experience is primarily responsible for assisting our in-house legal team with a wide variety of projects including preparation of legal documents, review of contracts and corporate documents, legal research, and revision of policies to achieve legal compliance. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of legal experience and contract administration experience with a specialty in contract law (law firm experience a plus)
- Experience with commercial contract review and form development and maintenance
- Experience with developing and maintaining complex contracts database and systems
- Familiarity with Ironclad or other contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
- Expertise assisting in intellectual property, advertising, and marketing law
- Knowledge of contract laws and legal codes, along with administrative and clerical procedures and systems
