- Filing Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of product filings, ensuring accurate submissions across all 51 jurisdictions
- Strategy & Resolution: Develop filing strategies and proactively resolve regulatory challenges to keep projects on track
- External Relations: Manage tight deadlines and relationships with state regulators and external consultants
- Research & Interpretation: Analyze insurance regulations, statutes, and bulletins to ensure compliance
- Form & Manual Crafting: Develop, revise, and maintain policy forms, endorsements, and manuals for commercial Workers’ Compensation and P&C insurance products
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Insurance Product Managers and Legal to draft and refine policy language and address state objections

We are seeking a skilled Senior State Filings Analyst to join our team. You will focus on regulatory compliance, end-to-end filing management, and policy language refinement for commercial Workers’ Compensation and Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance products. Working closely with Legal and Product teams, you will ensure all policy forms, rates, and rules align with state regulatory requirements and company objectives.
