- 3+ years of proven academic or industry experience building AI systems
- Advanced “manual” coding and debugging skills (acquired during the “pre-agentic” era),
- Proficiency using modern AI-assisted development tools
- Solid problem-solving skills, strong ownership, and the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with data pipelines, model evaluation, and real-world ML workflows

This role is ideal for a strong programmer with a versatile software development background and a passion for AI, machine learning, and robotics.
- Build and productionize advanced computer vision and multimodal AI systems for real-world industrial deployment, with a focus on VLM/LLM-powered reasoning, machine vision, and advanced spatial AI.
- Transform large-scale visual data collected by autonomous robots into actionable insights for progress tracking, safety monitoring, and project intelligence.
- Develop AI systems for use in robotics, construction, energy, and telecommunications
- 3+ years of proven academic or industry experience building AI systems.
