- 2+ years of proven inside sales success in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment
- Experience owning discovery conversations, product demos, and closing activities with small business customers
- Proven success managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM with strong documentation and forecasting discipline
- Skilled in consultative selling, customer discovery, objection handling, and aligning solutions to measurable customer outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to create urgency, maintain deal momentum, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
