Proven ability to operate as a founding or early-stage UX leader (0→1), building process and influence from scratch. - Lead holistic experience design across surfaces (navigation, workflows, settings/admin, data-heavy screens, onboarding)
- Establish UX principles and quality bars, drive consistency across teams and features
- 8+ years in product design/UX (or equivalent), including experience leading design for enterprise / B2B software
- Proven ability to operate as a founding or early-stage UX leader (0→1), building process and influence from scratch
- Strong product thinking: frames problems, defines hypotheses, prioritizes ruthlessly, and measures outcomes
