Nimble Gravity is looking for an experienced Scrum Master – AI Delivery in the East Coast to help drive predictable, high-quality delivery across complex AI and technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Agile leadership with hands-on project management skills and is comfortable working across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or similar roles
- Experience working with technical, data, AI, or software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Solid project management skills, including planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, or workstreams simultaneously
- Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

You will help teams stay focused, remove blockers, manage dependencies and risks, and create visibility into delivery progress — while continuously improving how teams plan and execute their work.
Lead Agile ceremonies across one or more AI or technology delivery teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to ensure priorities and sprint goals are clear and realistic.
Own delivery planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall project coordination.
Identify and remove blockers across teams, including technical dependencies, data access, integrations, security reviews, and shared services.
