About the role
This is a broad, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own some functions outright and work alongside the founders on others, spanning GTM, ops, finance, legal, and fundraising. The mix will evolve as the company grows. We expect you to be strong in a few of these areas and help us hire owners for others over time. This is an in-person role based in New York City. We work from the office five days a week.

Niteshift is building the cloud development platform for coding agents. Every coding task gets an isolated cloud environment with the full application stack, skills, and context it needs, enabling teams to run Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and more in parallel to ship production software.
Niteshift was founded by two engineering leaders who helped build and scale Datadog over more than a decade, Sajid Mehmood , former VP of Engineering, and Conor Branagan , former founding engineer. They recently raised a seed round led by Greylock, Amplify, BoxGroup, and SV Angel, and are already working with fast-growing engineering organizations like Hyperagent, Listen Labs, Standard Bots, and more .
