About the role
The base salary range for this full-time position is $95k - $130k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

- 4–7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lead generation roles
- Proven track record of running inbound-focused campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid media, and digital campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working cross-functionally with sales and other marketing stakeholders
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
