About the role
Proactively identify, cold outreach, and develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, drug manufacturers, and distributors operating in the private practice space. Build experiments to deliver on partnership metrics including lead generation volume, integration milestones, and ROI.
What they're looking for
- 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or pharma sales, with a strong track record of building and scaling partner networks
- BA degree or equivalent practice experience
- Direct experience in pharmaceutical partnerships, market access, or life sciences go-to-market positions
- Background in B2B marketing or sales, with deep experience in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry and a passion to help small to medium sized businesses succeed
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup
- Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders in the pharma space, demonstrating poise and professionalism
