About the role
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support our growing events program from our SF office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience across building a world class events program.
What they're looking for
- Support the planning and execution of events ranging from: executive dinners, networking events, fireside chats, conferences, and customer experiences
- Coordinate event logistics, attendee communications, and event materials
- Assist with venue selection, vendor management, and onsite execution
- Support event preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up
- Help create memorable experiences for customers, partners, investors, and prospects
- Support the growth of Niural's events and community programs
