What they're looking for
- Experience working inside AWS in a partner, alliance, or field sales role, with a North American network you can activate from week one
- 10+ years combined in alliances, partner management, technology sales, business development, or consulting services, with a track record of carrying and hitting a number
- Demonstrated ownership of a partner-sourced revenue target at scale, including forecasting and executive reporting
- Track record selling or co-selling modernization, migration, and/or AI services — you can hold a credible business conversation about these engagements, not just the partner program around them
- Fluency in how AWS measures partners: consumption and ARR, co-sell and ACE mechanics, competencies, funding and incentive programs, Marketplace, and SCA-level joint planning
- Proven success building pipeline in the North American market
