- 3–8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, startup operations, product management, or a similar strategic role
- Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment and excitement for building in fast-moving environments
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Systems Thinker: You can simplify complexity, identify root causes, and design scalable solutions
