This role sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive planning, execution, and decision-making across the company.

- Have 5–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or a similar analytical role
- Have experience operating in a high-growth technology company or advising them
- Are highly analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex, unstructured problems
