About the role
Join Nooks as our Senior Technical Sourcer and play a critical role in building our exceptional team. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies. As a specialist in talent mapping and engagement, you'll identify and attract top technical professionals while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of in-house technical sourcing experience at a high-growth tech startup or similar organization. Or have been in an executive recruiter/researcher role where you identified top talent
- Proven track record sourcing for engineering, or executive roles
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, platforms
- Proficient in utilizing AI
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a commitment to a great candidate experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
