About the role
Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings. Due Diligence: Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
What they're looking for
- Juris Doctor (JD), active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-6 years of experience in Emerging Companies/Venture Capital transactions
- Strong drafting and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows
