Coordinate campaigns: Design and lead integrated campaigns across key audiences and target clients, establishing scalable frameworks and processes that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels into cohesive buyer journeys Execute the strategy: Create and implement campaign programs including thought leadership moments, paid programming, nurture streams, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations.
What they're looking for
- 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaigns
- Have a track record of successfully building and scaling integrated campaign programs that span digital, events, content, and ABM channels
- Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and attribution
- Have strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns simultaneously
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias for thoughtful action
- Creative and strategic thinking, you can turn a vague idea or goal into a concrete, compelling plan and see it through to execution
