About the role
As one of Notion’s founding Demo Engineers, you’ll build the global demo engine behind how we bring Notion’s most important customer stories to life. You’ll shape the standards, systems, and experiences that help our Sales teams demonstrate what is possible with Notion, from the first customer conversation through implementation and deployment. What they're looking for
- 5+ years in a technical or customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Demo Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Software Engineering
- Experience designing and delivering technical demos, prototypes, or solution experiences for a SaaS product
- Strong systems thinking, with experience building scalable standards, templates, documentation, versioning practices, and operating processes
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer stories tied to business value
- Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, automation, data, permissions, and enterprise security concepts
- Working proficiency with scripting or automation tools such as Python or JavaScript
