About the role
Notion is building the collaborative AI workspace teams use to think, plan, and execute. Our partner ecosystem is a key multiplier for our global revenue engine. As our founding Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build the co-marketing motion with our partners—designing campaigns that show the combined value of Notion + our ecosystem and turning partner enablement into measurable, partner-driven pipeline.
What they're looking for
- Track record building partner/channel marketing programs from zero to repeatable motion, with clear examples and measurable outcomes
- Strong campaign and content craft: ability to translate product value into crisp partner value propositions that work across channels
- Analytical operating discipline: comfort with pipeline attribution, CRM workflows, and reporting that stands up to revenue scrutiny
- Cross-functional leadership and influence across Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Sales, strong judgment in prioritization and trade-offs
- AI-fluent working style: uses AI tools to plan, draft, analyze, QA, and scale throughput—while maintaining high standards of craft
