About the role
Nourish has effectively scaled our care for Registered Dietitians specifically. The next act is building a true virtual metabolic health clinic. We're expanding beyond dietitians into medical care (including GLP-1s) and therapy, and early results show strong product-market fit.
What they're looking for
- Own the end-to-end provider care model, building the cross-provider type approach to care that leads to world-class patient health outcomes
- Drive measurable improvements in attach rates and health outcomes by continuously improving our own clinical care model based on new research and internal data
- Drive clinical integration across provider types , turning standalone services into one coherent care model (specific referral pathways, coordination of care between providers, and inter-provider communication
- Partner cross-functionally at the leadership level — with our medical leadership on clinical rigor, Corporate Strategy on new offering launches, and Product on clinical tooling and the provider experience
