About the role
Nourish is hiring multiple leaders to join our Growth Strategy team, which is responsible for scaling Nourish’s fastest-growing and most critical patient acquisition channel.
What they're looking for
- Set goals and define success. Establish clear metrics and ambitious targets, build a strong understanding of what drives performance, and ensure progress is consistently measured
- Turn the strategy into an executable plan: Translate the roadmap into a focused set of initiatives with clear priorities, owners, success metrics, and resource requirements
- Help build the Growth Strategy team. Depending on the role, this may include building, developing, and managing a high-performing team
