- Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills
- Prior Experience: 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience. Team leads or principal DevOps engineers who have grown teams from an early stage
- Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States
- Backend Skills: Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python (we also build voice agents!)
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js
- Cloud Platforms: AWS services, Terraform, and Postgres
