Shift Hours : Monday - Friday, w/ability to work weekends as needed.
Design and implement the EHS program from the ground up, with support from People Operations as needed
Train shift leads so the basics run without you, and lead new-hire and refresher training
Run hazard assessments and incident investigations to closure
Own OSHA/MIOSHA recordkeeping and permits, and keep the site audit-ready
Manage PPE, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and forklift and crane safety
Work with ops and software on engineering controls when safety issues trace back to process or equipment
