- Distributed Systems Mastery: Exceptional fluency in event-driven architectures, transactional consistency, distributed sagas, domain-driven design (DDD), and high-concurrency microservices
- Platform & API Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build domain-agnostic, developer-friendly platforms and APIs with explicit contracts, SLAs, and high observability that allow consuming product teams to innovate rapidly
- Strategic & Horizontal Influence: Proven success driving cross-organizational technical alignment, navigating architectural trade-offs, and communicating technical strategy clearly to engineering leaders, Product Managers, and General Managers
- Language & Location: Professional fluency in English is required for international collaboration. Portuguese or Spanish is a plus. Roles are open in Brazil (hybrid model) or key US hubs
