As Executive Assistant to our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you'll be a highly trusted partner who helps drive organizational effectiveness and enables our HR leadership team to operate at their best. This is more than a traditional administrative role—you'll play a key part in helping shape team rhythms, coordinating strategic priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across a growing biotech company.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-suite level
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fluency with AI tools (Claude and Copilot in particular)
- Proven experience planning and executing onsite and offsite events, ranging from executive meetings and team offsites to large-scale company gatherings and employee engagement programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines simultaneously
