- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through offer
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives as needed
