About the role
Nuro is looking for a Head of Product to lead the company’s product strategy and roadmap as we commercialize and scale.

- Influential Communicator: You can communicate product direction, technical tradeoffs, customer requirements, and strategic decisions clearly to executives, technical teams, operators, customers, and partners
- Self-Directed: You are proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You do not wait for perfect information or a fully defined process. You identify what matters, build alignment, and move the work forward
- People Leader: You have experience building, leading, and developing strong product teams. You know how to set a high bar, create leverage, and help product managers operate with clarity, ownership, and business impact
