About the role
As Senior Employment Counsel, you will provide pragmatic day-to-day employment law advice in order to unblock business needs, mitigate risk, and incorporate best employment compliance practices throughout the company. You’ll play a critical role in building and upholding Nuro’s culture and helping prepare Nuro for the challenges and opportunities of launching a commercial product.

- You care deeply about impact. You are passionate that your work makes a significant impact on the lives of millions of people — and recognize the responsibility that comes with it
- You are technically proficient, and at least as comfortable working with modern tools like AI as you are working manually
- You’re a member of the California Bar. Admission in other jurisdictions is also a plus
