About the role
The Data Migration Analyst supports the complete lifecycle of data migration for banks and credit unions implementing the Nymbus Core platform. This includes analyzing source data from donor core systems, defining data requirements, mapping and transforming data, validating conversion results, and helping ensure data is accurate and complete before each go-live milestone.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with hands-on experience in data conversion, data migration, ETL, conversion programming, or software development within a core banking or fintech environment
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using SQL to analyze, map, transform, reconcile, or validate data
- Familiarity with additional programming or scripting languages is strongly preferred
- Experience interpreting technical specifications, source-data structures, transformation rules, and business requirements
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, reporting, exception analysis, or quality assurance processes
- Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence and a demonstrated interest in building tools, automations, or improved workflows that make analytical work faster and more reliable
