Your mandate will be to build a worldclass data science function that develops, deploys and maintains data marts and machine learning models that can also assess the impact of our clinical interventions. What they're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics with hands-on expertise in real-world data
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading data science teams in healthcare
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and reporting
- Advanced Python skills for building and productionalizing machine learning models
- Experience in developing impactful BI reports and dashboards for end-users
- Quick learner with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies

You have rich experience with health plan (claims, eligibility, pharmacy) and clinical (EMR, HIE) data. You can build data-marts in DBT and leverage those data marts to build new machine learning models.
