You are a strategic clinical operations leader with deep expertise in Medicare, value-based care, and care models for complex populations. You know how to translate population health and medical expense opportunities into scalable programs that improve outcomes, particularly for patients with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs. You are passionate about building a healthcare system that makes it easier for seniors to stay well, live independently, and get the care they need when they need it.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in value-based care delivery, clinical operations, care-model development, healthcare strategy, or related roles
- Deep understanding of clinical and operational levers that improve quality, medical expense, and patient outcomes in value based care
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and operational problems into clear solutions and measurable outcomes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working across clinical and non-clinical functions to deliver shared outcomes
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced clinical, business, public health, or related degree preferred
