What they're looking for
- You have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience selling directly to physicians and their teams. Experience with Medicare VBC or provider enablement solutions is strongly preferred
- You care deeply about independent primary care and can speak credibly to the challenges these practices face
- You are skilled at uncovering practice‑level needs and tailoring how you position solutions, rather than relying on a one‑size‑fits‑all pitch
- You are disciplined about pipeline management and comfortable using a CRM and other tools to track activity, forecast results and manage follow‑through
- You work well in a matrixed environment and know how to pull in internal partners (clinical, provider success, operations, contracting, marketing) to advance opportunities and deliver on commitments
- You are an excellent communicator and influencer, with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain long‑term relationships
