- 2+ years experience in strategy, analytics, or related quantitative fields, consulting experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) to support analysis
- Experience with SQL and/or Python. Experience with Databricks is a plus
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, with the ability to build clear, persuasive narrative from data
- Interest in using AI tools to help solve data or analytical problems
- Ability to build analytical stories, using data and visualizations to drive impactful insights that lead to action
